Medical Policies
TCS has adopted the UniCare medical policies for application to its members. These policies are merely to assist in administering plan benefits. Benefit determinations are subject to the contractual limitations of a covered person’s benefit plan.
It is important to understand how in-network providers may be able to help you save money. In-network providers have agreed in a contract with us to accept specific
amounts for various covered medical services. Because there is no similar contract with out-of-network providers, they may be able to bill you for the difference between what we pay and what they charge. For further information
